Welcome to Signal Vault. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Signal Vault website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Signal Vault website, tools, and related services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.

1. About Signal Vault

Signal Vault provides research-backed stock market signals, market analysis, educational content, and financial research tools designed to assist users in making informed investment decisions. The Platform is intended solely for informational and educational purposes and does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• Not be prohibited by applicable law from using the Platform.

Signal Vault reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that fail to meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

Certain Platform features require registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify Signal Vault immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.

Signal Vault is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.

Signal Vault is entitled to rely on the account information you provide as accurate and current. Signal Vault is not liable for any failure to deliver signals, notifications, or communications caused by outdated or incorrect account information you have provided.

One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on the Signal Vault platform. Creating multiple accounts, including through the use of different email addresses, devices, or identifying information, is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of the accounts involved.

Signal Vault reserves the right to use technical measures, including but not limited to device and browser identification, to detect and prevent the creation of duplicate accounts, particularly in relation to promotional offers such as free trial periods.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Signal Vault offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions may include access to:

• Premium stock signals
• Advanced market analysis
• Research reports
• Watchlists
• Email or push notifications
• Other premium features

Payments may be processed through trusted third-party payment providers such as Paystack. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscription fees are payable in advance.
• Charges will be processed according to your selected billing cycle.
• You authorize recurring payments where applicable.
• Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of premium access.

Signal Vault reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription features, or billing policies. Where required by law, users will receive reasonable notice before material pricing changes take effect.

6. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are refundable only if requested within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase and before you have accessed any premium signal, report, or watchlist. After this window, or after premium content has been accessed (whichever occurs first), subscription fees are non-refundable.

Signal Vault may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds in exceptional circumstances.

If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants mandatory cooling-off, cancellation, or refund rights that cannot be waived by contract (including consumers in the European Union or United Kingdom), those rights apply notwithstanding the above and are not limited by this section.

7. Permitted Use of the Platform

You may use the Platform only for lawful personal, educational, and research purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, sell, or redistribute Platform content.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Interfere with Platform security or functionality.
• Upload malware or harmful software.
• Attempt unauthorized access to user accounts or systems.
• Use automated bots or scraping tools without permission.
• Use the Platform in violation of any applicable law.

8. Investment Disclaimer

Investing in financial markets involves significant risk. Signal Vault:

• Does not guarantee profits or investment success.
• Does not guarantee the accuracy or future performance of any signal.
• Does not recommend buying or selling any particular security.
• Does not act as a licensed investment adviser, broker, or portfolio manager unless expressly stated.

All investment decisions remain solely your responsibility. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.

Any historical, hypothetical, or backtested performance figures presented on the Platform do not represent actual trading results, do not reflect the impact of fees, slippage, or market liquidity, and are not indicative of future performance.

9. No Financial Advice

All content provided through Signal Vault, including stock signals, research reports, charts, commentary, educational materials, newsletters, and market analysis, is provided solely for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as:

• Investment advice
• Financial advice
• Tax advice
• Legal advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any investment

Nothing in these Terms, and no aspect of your use of the Platform, creates a fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship between you and Signal Vault. Signal Vault owes you no duty of care beyond the express terms stated in these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to software, Platform design, logos, branding, research reports, stock signals, text, graphics, databases, and educational materials, are owned by or licensed to Signal Vault. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, publish, distribute, license, sell, create derivative works from, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written permission.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact contact@signalvault.finance with a description of the work, the allegedly infringing material, and your contact information. Signal Vault will review and respond to good-faith notices in accordance with applicable law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, SIGNALS, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION. SIGNAL VAULT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY SIGNAL, FORECAST, OR PIECE OF ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE, TIMELY, OR PROFITABLE.

12. Force Majeure

Signal Vault shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, third-party data provider or payment processor outages, or governmental action.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signal Vault, its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or the rights of another person.

14. Suspension and Termination

Signal Vault may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, compromise Platform security, or engage in activities that may harm Signal Vault or other users.

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations incurred before termination.

If your account is suspended or terminated due to your breach of these Terms, you forfeit any prepaid, unused subscription fees, without refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

Signal Vault may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in law, Platform improvements, new services, or operational requirements. Updated Terms will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
